PodPod
This nifty little contraption is called the PodPod, and it’s a small portable speaker system for all iPods. It needs no batteries (it’s powered from the iPod battery), and costs only £14.99 from ipodworld.co.uk. That website is a legend, they have everything you need for your iPod. It’s great!
i-Hacked.com
This is a nice website. The hacks are less tricky/ expensive than hackaday, and it is a lot bigger, oh and the site is a lot bigger. i-Hacked is worth a visit, or even a bookmark.
Get Firefox or Die!
Ok, it might not be quite that drastic, but explorer destroyer is a whole new way of getting people to convert to Firefox. It is a bunch of scripts that can do anything from: giving people, on entering your page, a splash screen all about getting Firefox on entering your to not letting them view the page unless they have Firefox. You can also use them to make money. I doubt if that will make it more popular though.
Check this one out as well. It’s funnier.
Free Custom Ringtones!
I’m not kidding when I say this, it really is true. Smash The Tones is a free service, that allows you to upload MP3’s, MIDI’s and GIFs, to make tones and graphics. How do they do it? They don’t send confirmation texts and they have an express service, that doesn’t have the wait you get normally. To get your tones, just enter the address given into your WAP browser. The only cost is the usual download cost. The service is wonderful, and I now have The First Drink of The Day as my ringtone.
